Rep. Roskam texted “YouCut2″ to 68398 in order to vote at GOP Whip Eric Cantor’s new grassroots voting platform. The first-of-its-kind project aims to force spending cut votes on the House floor as determined by people who vote online or text in their favorite spending cut.
